I sent this message via email to the store:
"A friend of mine named Kevin recently put down a deposit at your store for a custom aquarium, over two thousand dollars. He stated that you told him an employee stole the money. When you take a deposit on a for profit sale, you are liable to deliver the goods or refund the deposit. Your store will be boycotted until you refund the deposit or deliver the goods. Every interested party I know will hear about this until the situation is resolved."
