Small claims is like 200 total to file and go to court without a laywer... Take all your reciepts and the contract from the store that states they would give you what you paid for should be in and out... Also file a lien against the store it's kinda like shuttin down a construstion contractor that wont pay.. It locks up all their accounts and they cannot do much about it till the debt it satisfied... That one is relitively simple as well something to do with your state labor commission... Call them they can give you more info...

Thank you for all of your responses. It has meant a lot that others have been helping me try to get my money back from this company. It's clear that this person may be dangerous or unstable at best so I'm ending my call for help. I don't want to see anyone get into a bad situation over the money that this guy has taken from me. Again, thank you for everything but I will be taking him to small claims and handle it that way. You guys/girls have been great looking out for a fellow member. I will let you know how things turn out.

In regards to the original poster what if anything happened? Did you get your money back? Did you drag his name through the dirt? What happened? You seem to have gotten alot of people worked into a frenzy and no update. What happened????
