I found out that AA was the middleman, I really don't understand what's going on there, they used to mfg. tanks. The actual mfg. is called Ostrom mfg, have you talked with them? Rich absolutley is liable.......I had his cell # at one point but ditched it after I bought my tank....

Rich is getting away from making large tanks and had advanced acrylics out of CA make the tank. The tank was not made by ostrom. I have his cell if you want it.

2300 bucks, i dont even know you but if i had the chance id hit him in the head with shovel, wait till hes getting in his car, and whack! thats how we do it in Minnesota.

i got ripped off by this kid in college, came out of a party and saw him delivering pizzas in the same building, shoulda seen the look on his face, beat him silly, took his pizza and his pizza hat, that was over 10 bucks, Id love to get ahold of this guy, for real, would be fun as hell

he ran off, left his hat and the pizza, saw him a week later, he was still a mess, i felt kinda bad but i was pretty drunk at the time and was just glad i got the right guy, i bet he hasnt ripped off too many people since them, he should thank me
 
I would never advocate violence, but I'll forewarn you, if it resorts to that, RG is quite the bruiser....Afterall he's been lifting 500-1000 gallons tanks all his life and it shows.....
 
Really feel 4u, id go through his front door but thats jus me! I can only think of a small claims court but even then he still may not pay! Jus chin up an keep tryin. I hope you can sort it! J
 
you've talked to a lawyer??? Because if you had talked to a knowledgable lawyer you shouldnt be coming to us for help i feel for you but a good lawyer should be able to take care of this problem like i said before i would take a lien against the company then they will lose all credibility untill you are paid and have you gaone back to AA in person bug him to death and he will eventually pay you, tell customers at the store what he did to you, buy the billboard by his shop and put up a huge anti AA ad and he will pay you to just shut your mouth about his bad business i would be ther everyday and my lawyer would be on his *** and for the depost you paid you could get an all glass just as big as what you want and it would be paid for in full
