Looking for someone to review my indoor pond filter.

QUESTION:
I believe my pond/aquarium is about 780 gal

I had to lower the water level in the pond to work on getting the filter into position.
I believe I have now about 250 - 300 gal to replace.

Do I need to go get some of that "water conditioner" stuff that gets rid of the chlorine?
Or can I just go ahead and fill the pond up?

I connected the 1" pipe to the fittings
