I hope I get mine today. Here it is 12 midnight and STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER!
Does Aquascape not give tracking Number? I don't know if I need to be up early tomorrow am to watch for the fedex guy.
Called the store several times today the phone lines were down with the same message as Friday.
Have to say that this whole experience has been kind of odd and strange. Dead phone lines and late communication. I just want my lima and BGK and to know if they shipped yet.
If you havent gotten a tracking number by now you probably won't be getting one.Most of my deliveries are dropped off between ten and noon.

Ok cool. Did you ever get a tracking number? If it shows up tomorrow that will be cool too.
It has been a while since I have dealt with them online and I don't recall if they gave me one or not.

Hear you on that. I am only about maybe 2 to 3 hours away according to Google Drive on my panel in the car. So maybe that explains why no tracking?
The only BGK's I saw, unless I missed them (sometimes they have random fish in random tanks without labeling) were pretty small, probably 2-3 inches. And as for the lima shovelnoses, they had a tank full of them, decent sizes probably 4-6 inches. This was about 1.5 weeks ago.

I got a message at 1:00 am this morning from them. As I expected, they got shipped out but something happened and they got returned. Or something along those lines, confusing.
I was not in the office today and just arrived now to check on all the orders that were shipped out. I did receive an email from Fedex notifying us that they were having delays in most of the east coast hubs due to the backed up packages from July 4th. I am checking on all the orders now and seeing what was picked up and what was not. I will send you a followup email once I have gone through everything. Sorry for the late email

I am sorry but from the looks of it since I was out of the office no one steppe in to my office to take calls or messages. I checked the phones though they were not out of service just being neglected due to untrained staff that pertains to my position and duties. I sent you an earlier email in reply to the last one you sent me. I just finished speaking with the owner and it seems that Fedex delayed all of our packages from getting on the flights. All packages were picked up again around 11;00 PM and replaced into their tanks to reduce stress. I will be calling FedEx in the morning to make sure there are no further delays especially since its Live Fish that we are dealing with and not inanimate objects. I am sorry for the delay I am sending an email to everyone whose package was delayed. I will be in the office again at 11:00 am if you need to speak with me in person.
Oh ok cool. Sounds like pretty cool sizes to me. I can always grow out the BGK. Love lima shovelnose. That sounds like a pretty great size.
