So from this thread

To this thread here are the pics of what I added to the tank tonight. I figured I may as well go gangbusters on making this a tank where I grow out some fish.

I got these guys tonight from a buddies house. He just got them in this evening and told me that the country of origion was Peru. I know nothing more than what I have read about them but have been trying for over 2 years to get some of them here all with no luck. So here are the pics.

There are 6 of them and they hit the pellets I tried on them which made me go whew as I have read that they can be hard to get off of live. Here are some pics of them in tank.

This last pic is of one of them that either has a different pattern or has not developed.

One thing I have liked about these fish from what I have read of them is the transformation that happens as they grow.

Now can anyone offer me an id on what kind of P Bass.

I do know that the remaining barbs and brevis will be invited to dinner within the next week or so.

Edit: I will be taking the Flowerhorn out of there tomorrow to bring it home to my living room tank as I want to take no chances that it whacks any of these bass.

I would honestly be very surprised if that was the case the 2 snooks in there are same size and 1 smaller and they have been in the tank with the fh for a good week or so and they are still alive.
