best sissy fight I have seen in a while.....................more please

I don't think he has anything left.. I have better things to do like build my unnecessarily large unsuitable enclosure for my scamming rip-off organization using snakes as a cover. :P ..actually I have band practice at 6 and I spent the morning welding aluminum so I'm going to go shower and eat.

I'll post more pics of the unit as it progresses. hope that doesn't get me 3 to 5...

Seriosly he was only offering some advise even if you dont agree no need to go back like a pit bull on heat. A simple thankyou would have stopped any ****e. Good luck with the build. gees I thought cichlid keepers were narky.

he offered advice without the thought if it was welcome or not.. can't anyone get over this? he offered advice, brandished insults, and started arguing, based on the *assumptions* he made about this build and project.

forget it.. onward.

lol f that guy. people like the original poster are being driven away from this site even though they're actually DOING SOMETHING, not just trash talking someone on a message board...ridiculous

You posted your project, he offered criticism. You then responded with the attitude and level of grammar I would expect from a enraged teenager (which in all fairness you might be).

Your comments about space VS wild are based on anthropomorphization, you believe that the animals require more space and/or "freedom" because a human would ... I realize this is a difficult concept to grasp for many.

Anyways, reading this thread has been embarassing, please remember we are all adults (or should act like them) and take a deep breath before responding with a deluge of sarcasm and snarky comments.

The passion that the OP and follow-up posters have shown for snakekeeping is amazing. As a fishkeeper, I am often accused of being "too serious." As a keeper of Pacu and an RTC, as well as gar, I know that what really matters is the lives saved. Everyone involved here knows that too. It matters. I commend all who are involved in keeping animals in the right space, with the right care. Too often, it goes undone, and the animals suffer. Common ground should be found where all individuals agree that they do indeed care what happens to the animal and that many aquire animals without the proper knowledge, and the animal should never bear the brunt of the keeper's ignorance.
