The passion that the OP and follow-up posters have shown for snakekeeping is amazing. As a fishkeeper, I am often accused of being "too serious." As a keeper of Pacu and an RTC, as well as gar, I know that what really matters is the lives saved. Everyone involved here knows that too. It matters. I commend all who are involved in keeping animals in the right space, with the right care. Too often, it goes undone, and the animals suffer. Common ground should be found where all individuals agree that they do indeed care what happens to the animal and that many aquire animals without the proper knowledge, and the animal should never bear the brunt of the keeper's ignorance.
