Have metroplex, but that destroys internal organs/kidneys according to the article. Where does one acquire magnesium sulfate lol? Does an epsom salt thing do the same? Kinda confused about the article.

Magnesium sulfate is Epsom salt. Just be sure to get a kind with zero fragrances in it, which is harder to find than it should be. I looked at a whole shelf of the stuff and only one bag was just Epsom salt. The article tells how to do the soaked pellets - it's super easy and I don't think it can hurt. I would double check with others though, to be sure.
Walmart and walgreens cary it. I dont think benny needs this atm
