He didn't help me out on this, it just looks like that, he normally isn't my spotter, we just spar, he is like a black belt in brazillain jujitzu and is training me.. So this bench was just a like instant thing, we wern't even working out that day..
But I am sure I can do a little more, I just didn't want to push it.. you know?

Honestly he looks way too young to be a black belt in BJJ. I don't think its even possible to be a legit black belt and under 25 years old. It takes 10-12 years to get your BJJ blackbelt by a legit instructor. I train with Samuel Puccio under the Carlson Gracie team, so I'm not a total BJJ newb.

This is my BJJ instructors page. You will see my ugly mug in a few of the pics. I got my blue belt a few years back from Samuel.

Your doing hella good with the weights. Keep it up!

He isn't a black belt, i said like one, He has been doing it for like 5 years..
and thank's

Pretty good for a kid-wait til you get to your late 20s early 30s and develop what we in the gym call "man strength" I am 35 and hardly ever go to the gym but yet I lift almost double of what I did as a teenager. And as far as arching your back don't worry about it-I do the same as a matter of fact dudes in the gym give me c--- cause I even bounce the weight off my chest.

I maxed out my senior year at 295 on the bench. It just depends how much work you put into it. I started in 8th grade. When I hit my max I was 18, 5'6" and weighing about 150 at the time.

you lose strength the longer your layoff but you only lose so much. I never do weights anymore and can still hit 250 right now. Of course I don't weigh 150 anymore though,..........
