Mine's 'too' peaceful. lol. He lets my (larger) male marble push him around but they still get along for the most part.Yeah, I noticed when I did keep Golds, that they were more pleasantly behaved than my silvers.
OOOOh. That's not good.Yeah, it was a somewhat similar situation when I had mine with the silvers. Only difference was instead of pushing around, they wanted blood.
Oh, I've seen that happen to people on other forums. It was quite a crummy situation. Silvers would be added to any other angel tank, and then it was "theirs". Most of the time I would try to keep other angel tanks, they would just single out an individual then beat on it till it needed to be moved. Then, the majority would team up on another and beat on that one until there was only a pair in there. After all my angel debacles, I just got back into other types of cichlids that I seem to better luck with. However, someday I plan to get back into angels eventually, just once I get my next big monster cichlid (likely an Umbee or a Flowerhorn) not quite sure yet. I'm open to suggestions lol ?
My all time favorite large cichlid: Salvin's cichlid.just once I get my next big monster cichlid (likely an Umbee or a Flowerhorn) not quite sure yet
What exactly is this?Fredselle
thx. I don't see a reason one wouldn't work in that tank. A breeding pair (or just oneAll good suggestions, certainly interesting. Definitely all worth considering. I think that the Salvini might work in my RD, Fredselle tank. Either that or he could just take my empty 55 to himself perhaps. I don't think he would work with my Cuban because he is unfortunately blind and I don't want him picked on. ?
Aww that's too bad.I don't think he would work with my Cuban because he is unfortunately blind and I don't want him picked on. ?
