No kidding. I am thinking that you are kidding, but the truth of the matter is that this "pot", could actually be the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If this product was industrialized, I could only see HEMP gas. There was an article on how some scientists were able to create a synthetic gas made of this hemp (cannabis), and were able to power a vehicle. I have to go find that link, but from reading from it, the oil companies placed it on "hold". Here is the link. http://cannabisnews.com/news/18/thread18671.shtml

I think this site is neutral enough. non-biased facts, and YOU decide.

"POT" way back in the 50's was put on a list of class "A" narcotics and amended to never be able to be removed. No one ever brings that up, it could never be legalized because of the way the politicians of the fifties worded it! Not to mention it would flip our economy upside down (wich would be a bad thing no matter what) Imagine Wherehouser they would be gone you can make stronger cheaper paper with hemp. People would be let out of jail, lost jobs nationwide. It will never happen!

Times change, people change, anything can happen...

Our Economy is about to hit a recession anyway...so maybe upside down would be good.

Legalizing it would make jobs too, FARMERS, PICKERS, THC TESTERS, etc..and for the hemp, people would need to weave, business would open and specialize in pot, like coffeehouses maybe..

I dont mind NOT having to pay extra taxes for people in prison and jail for stupid puny marijuana offenses...LEt em free, cheaper for me.

Theres a positive to every negative and vice versa, there is no 100% politically correct, morally correct, answer...TOO MANY WHAT IFS

Thats all fine but with "NO" changes none of those "good" or "bad" things would happen at all. It will never be mainstream legalized.....Maybe medical wich as someone pointed out isn't frowned upon right now. However and moreover the debaters mostly have no terminal ailments and are arguing for the sake of arguing. They will never be sufficed and the sick will continue to use without persacution. The government may be horrible but they do not make havoc by changing every thing in any erea all at once.....>$.02

I'm all for keeping it illegal for this reason. Same for steroids. If/when it becomes legal, that $325oz of kush is going to run you double. Keep it illegal and be smart about it.
