MFK Fitness challenge

I'll give it a shot some time soon. The only part I'm gonna suck at is pull-ups...five is about all I can do... some part of my genetics just keeps my lats from growing I swear.

if you can only do 5 just do jumping pull ups where you jump up to the bar and use the momentum to pull yourself the rest of the way itll also help you build up to do more if you do them alot
 
i'm always suprised how many people cant do pullups, i'm naturally adept in them and havent been anything near "fit" since HS football. (DB)- i can only do a few one handers, but alot of 2 handers. i was also talking to a buddy who was watching me do them and he said the way i had my hands (reversed from the normal way)- curling style, was accually much harder than normal way, i find it easy.
 
i cannot squat or bench for the life of me, i have buddies benching 450 and i can barely do 1/2 that. but my body type is more of a blade, fast and hard hitting physically, not a beefcake physically.

if you can do pull ups either way your hands are facing is fine as long as your arms are completely straight at the bottom and your chin goes over the bar

Who cares about bench(i'm sure someone will disagree) but id rather work on my back shoulders legs and core anyday of the week then bench its a nonfunctional movement. And i bet most people that brag about what they can bench can't even do 10 pullups.
 
my PFT was
22min 3 mile run,

12 pullups

92 sit ups in 2 mins

perfect would be an 18min 3mile, 20 pullups and 100 situps. which is a score of 300. ill get a 300 by july though.

im gunna have to try this routine though.

btw, im 6'7" 225-230lbs (probably a lil less this week). my bench is only 300
