That's a shame!

Mine is a fat ass and eats bloodworms and massivore.

Mine eats bloodworms like crazy!
He is curious about the massivore, but won't eat it.
I've bought some ghost shrimp, and it like plays with them in his mouth but will not eat them.

I actually came home to one dead, bit in two, but yet still uneaten.

I'm actually awaiting my acrylic pieces for my 5'x3'x2' tank I'm building. Then I'm going to push hard to switch him over to massivore.

midway ha(d)s a couple of cool fish when i was there last, but its amazing to walk around a small place like that for 45 minutes and not even be acknowledged you are there.

For the most part midway is a good shop. If i ask an employee if they have anything cool they will go out of their way to show me what they have and even offer to let me order something. If you want really good service ask for alex. but i know what ur saying sometimes you will stand there and no one will ask if you need help for a while but i have found that to be true in almost every petshop.

Agreed, I'm not real good with names, but I know which people to speak to at Midway when I need help with a fish purchase or question. A couple of people there really don't do anything with the fish 'department', other than net and bag one for a customer, or help with water changes... But if help is asked for, I have never been ignored. There are some passionate fishkeepers employed there, though.

On another note, I stopped by a new to me fish store last night-in Snohomish...Bridges pets. off of Bickford Ave..HUGE fish section, they even have a sitting area next to an indoor pond-surrounded by tanks. 2 very large flowerhorns, I believe they are albino's, just gorgeous! If your in the area it's totally worth a stop.

PM me for directions to where we will be meeting. Watch the announcements for more info as we approach closer to the event.
