yeah to be honest,I can have quite a mouth on me sometimes but I am not proud of it.I am very happy that I can come here and its not like youtube and such with bad cursing and flaming.That stuff makes me want to vomit.Pushing the limits on purpose makes me wonder why also.So its not a place to be R rated so what,but it dosnt have to be church either.I like it like this and if it ever goes youtube style,as much as I love some of you,Im out in a flash.Ive been getting alot of ancient post that were lame deleted and thats fine as long as they dont remove a bunch of pics and good advice and such.Haters,flamers and ppl who just try and push the mods should be delt with.Mods need to know how to distinguish the difference in jerks and ppl just trying to make a civil point during a time of a heat wave.So far they are good with me about it so I try to give them back that respect.Their not your bosses,but its their rules here and as long as they dont abuse their power and we dont push for youtube bs then we should all be cool.Peace out guys.

To answer your question about censorship, everything has its limits. This forum has its own rules. Each forum is unique and runs differently. Censorship will happen. Others may not allow their moderators to edit posts but we edit for a variety of reasons as per the Terms of Service which you agree the moment you join this forum. Without censorship, how are we going to address the complaints of some members who are sensitive about issues? How are we going to stop the dramas that can cause the forum to go downhill quickly and get a bad reputation if we don't censor wherever necessary? Censorship has its good and bad sides. You learn to live with it. It happens. It is simply our job to keep everything in order for the convenience of everyone.
Each of us perceive things differently. One may think he is not violating the rules but another thinks he does. We cannot always think the same way. This alone can cause quite a lot of issues however with good communication, issues can be ironed out rather quickly and smoothly.

I think there are times when some threads like this serves as an eye-opener for members and staff members alike. While I cannot speak for the others, I appreciate you brought this to our attention. We learn something everyday. The existence of the forum allows us to interact with people around the world but even the forums are given limitations to make sure everything is in order. As for the sticky threads, I for one am not fond of reading through posts with compliments such as 'cool'. The sticky threads are there to relay information needed by everyone. Wading through pages of compliments is practically a waste of time and I am sure most people feel the same way about it which is why we have occasional cleanups done.
If you don't feel like your posts moderated, review your post before you submit to make sure the post as you view from different angles does not have questionable content to warrant moderation.
Most people choose to deal with troublemakers themselves. We have constantly reminded everyone to be careful where to tread. Most troublemakers are here to cause chaos and lead everyone involved into deeper trouble. If you don't want to be reprimanded by the moderators, simply report the posts and let the issue be dealt with by the mods. This is a much easier process without causing any melodramas.
Like some people say, the truth hurts. Thing is telling someone the truth he refuses to hear may lead the thread to spiral downward further and spark others to flame the guy, whether he has the attitude everyone hates or not. We don't want this to happen. This is a community. Again, the moderators keep track of any problematic users. We act on problems accordingly and promptly. I just see no reason why to ridicule a fellow member in public. It simply leads to deeper problems.buck_wildest;2231440; said:
