wade is my candidate for mvp, but lebron is at the helm of a championship team, and does what wade does, except flashier and more defense

OMG wade for MVP..but he wont get it, not with the way the cavs and lakers are playing even the magic..

but i'll give the heat another one though spoelstra for coach of the year..

Sorry guys, I haven't been on much lately, been dealing with a death in the family, but I'm back now.

Wade should be the MVP, I agree. That team is where there are because of him.

I know we were talking about Spoelstra a while back, and I think he is pretty good too, but if you have the MVP on your team (and we say he does) then maybe he's not as good as we think?

Sorry to hear that Yoshii. Good to have you back.

The thing that separates Wade from the others, is the fact that he does it EVERY night. LeBron and Kobe have off nights all the time, and they can, because they have good teams to carry them. Wade's doing it every night. Comparing him to LeBron/Kobe (because they're really the only two that matter categorically).......He's beating them both in points, assists, steals, blocks, and fg%. The only category they are both beating him is rebounds, and Kobe's ahead of him in ft%. I agree with Yoshii, without Wade, Spoelstra is like Chalmers.....not as good. Because Wade is thus far MVP.

Oh snap, wonder if kobeclone heard that...

Spoelstra is good better than porter or that guy in detroit. look at those line ups and where have they gone..coaches have to be respected by the players and their "stars", you give way to much credit to wade, he cant do it all, all those offensive and defensive sets had to come from the coach, and who motivates the other players to play well even if they know who'll be getting the ball majority of the time.

coaching is a thankless job..we only get to see the players work,we dont see how hard the coaches prepare them and manage their EGO's and IMO spoelstra for a rookie coach with no NBA experience is pretty good.

I like him too, and I'm a "coach" kind of guy, but if we are going to crown Wade the MVP then you have to be willing to say that he is a the main reason for their success. And I don't give Wade all of the credit, but I can admit that I do give him most of it, and he deserves it.

Also, he may be better than Porter (maybe) and Curry (for sure), but that doesn't make him good.

I was hoping so. After KU wiped out MU for the conference title, I had to have something to take a shot at him with. :D

I'm not saying Spoelstra's not doing a good job, especially for a rookie coach, because he is. I give so much credit to Wade, because he IS doing it all. If he were not on that team, they would be many, MANY games under .500. Then, like I said, categorically and statistically, he is better than anybody in the league. The guy's shooting nearly 50%, too. So it's not like he's just forcing tons of shots. He doesn't have a Gasol, Bynum, Mo Williams, Ilgauskus, or West to fall back on. Marion bombed in his time there, Beasley's done nothing to deserve his draft placement, O'neal isn't making huge marks, Haslem isn't a reliable source of carrying numbers. There's just no one else to carry what Wade does not do.

   Sorry had to do it.

That one team that used to play in Seattle is doing alright lately. The one guy from Texas goes hard.

Every night every match up is great. I can't wait for the playoffs.

Fantasy note....:headbang2 I finally beat Yoshii!!! I also clinched a spot in the playoffs!:headbang2:headbang2 This season has been nothing short of AWESOME! Much needed after the loss of my team.
