Hi,thats true,growout in a 200 gallon will give you time to place the micros in a permanent tank,good luck!

i can get a few pieces of bogwood to put in my tank, but as for cover for them to hide in im not so sure...such as floating plant stuff?! nelly i saw the ones you have, they are plastic arent they. maybe i'll try and get some of that in the lfs. but they arent going to be housed with any other fish so maybe i dont need that if im going to have the bogwood?
Yes floating plant's like frogbit/duckweed etc.....Yes mine in the tank's are plastic, i just got tonne's of plant's from before tank's/pound shops and cheap find's on internet then threw them all in the tank,crammed full in the dwarf tank's....in the big tank have three big indoor house plant's,hehe made sure there fully covered in plastic as some bare the metal,not good....just go and look for a load of cheap plant's...this way the channa feel at home, otherwise they usually hide away, in my big tank when i had full duckweed coverage the obscura was alway's out, now the tinfoils and silverdollar have munched the duckweed hes gone into hiding again
