i will find a way to do it i'll wait for you to fall asleep then stand on top of you and use you as a stool. THEN i'll take YOUR fish and put them in MY tank and enjoy them i dont mind having cichla if it means i get to enjoy them and you dont

this is what you're getting on friday then im taking ALL the fish i want.

let me just clarify on the plants for you .

you dont need it set up like neils tank , micro are a open water swimmer and at the size your buying will not need plants everywhere , by this age they would of moved back to the open waters , a couple of peices of bogwood for decoration will do fine and no need to over do it , for floating cover , just grab some water lettuce from the lfs or e-bay , no need to fill the tank but the fish will take there rests under floating cover where they feel safe from predation from above. without any floating cover they will sit on the bottom of the tank or will try and hide under bogwood ect , so i would advise putting in enough for all of them to fit under .

water lettuce will be the easiest to keep control of , just req pulling out every month or so .

thanks very much for the info, water lettuce it is then! i'll put in a few pieces of bogwood too because i like the natural effect it creates . will put up some crappy pics when i get them
