I was just wondering about your midas thread today, you read my mind. Looking real nice. I have one that i got from about 1.5" that looks a lot like your first pic. I cant wait till he/she gets big.

yeah there personality is huge. so owner responsive, my old male GT was nothing compared to this. Mine was quite shy when i got him but within a week I had it hand feeding. now it splashes me because it gets so excited and doesnt let the pellets hit the water and it jumps out. took very well to live insects. gets jealous when i give attention to my other fish and chases them away from my hand on the glass.

if your on about it in the pics while its having a face off with the midas then its a darker colour because its having a face off.
look at the last pic, its not so black. you only see the head though. im pretty positive its a CAE but im not 100%. its about 7" roughly.

Love them as they look so sweet and cute and then turn quite vicious...at least mine do...
