Midas or Devil ? ** Pics Are from my friend but im buying her**

It's almost impossible to tell which species it is unless you can do a DNA test. Most fish are a "Midevil" (hybrid of the two). Though this fish looks more like a red devil due to the streamlined body and the enlarged lips. Midas' tend to be a little more "stocky" and taller-bodied. Though correct me if I'm wrong.
