Some of you may have seen this guy already within my 240 progression thread but felt he deserves a thread of his own. He was purchased from COTA labeled as Lake Arenal Citrinellus. He's taken over the tank in the short time he's been here, but not as a psychotic killer but more like law and order type of authority (although this could change as he matures). He keeps everyone in check and just a joy to watch as he's growing fast and very active.

Here's some photos of his development thus far:

3/21/19 (today) - Color looks different since light setting was changed with this photo. But he does have more of a orange/reddish tint.

I'll update with photos, maybe video, as I see noticeable change. One thing's for sure, he's growing quick!!

It depends on how big your tank is and how aggressive the Midas turns out to be.

Best possibility is grow them out together young in a large tank and hope for the best as I'm doing.

However This is the first time I'm trying this so maybe other members have experience that can shed more light.

Any recent pics of this guy?? He looks great!

I got myself one a few months ago and I am having a blast watching him grow and change markings.
