If he doesn't replace the Gar with 2 bd's as he stated then I will do what I can to collect. It seems this has happened to a number of people and is more than a "poor me" situation. If you have been wronged please PM me. I will put a list together and see how many people have been affected. If the Bd's don't come in then I will bring the list of people this happened to into my attorney and start pursuing legal action.

just wanted to point out and warn people about paypal i agree with the above, papal are very limited in what they can do and if the owner of the paypal account doesnt care if he/her keeps his/her paypal account or care about bad feedback then you may as well just give up and thats not even considering DOA.
thats shocking but i doubt there is any proof
judjing from what people have said this has happend several times and his rep has been destroyed over and over and yet its aparently happening again. it would be nice if there were some way of preventing this but as t1 said people find ways round everything and an easy way is to just build up a small rep and then discard it when the big money comes in.
its a shame for everyone involved (inc mike as we will hope that he didnt intend to be in this situation) but im sure it wont be the last time it happens it just brings the hobby down and creates more negative people like me lol

additional : i just had a look round and whilst i dont want to poke sticks at mike/h2o as i dont personally know whats true and whats not true or any of the facts but if he is out of business then im suprised the website / forum is still up and i hope you cant still place orders :s or if hes not out of business then maybe theres chance of getting sorted out yet

He came back as Stingraysales but didn't realize that has been removed also. Stingraysales still has a vendor status when you pull up his profile. A mod should get that removed.

as for a company loan from the bank he must of had one so he would have needed to put something up to cover that loan ie house or other assets
as for his website still being up that can run for ages after a company has gone under if he takes orders with that company if its gone under then he will be in troble for that as the company needs to stop trading as some as they declaired them self bankrupt
this is one of the reasons i would never buy anything from the net cash on collection for me so what if you need to drive a few 100 mikes to pick up its better than losing money and for $60 i would fly over box the rays up and make sure they are on the plane before i leave the seller

Funny how many attorneys there are out and about on MFK. Truth is this can be handled in small claims court for $400 ish? Another $200 for process serving. Go to superior court in your state because this is between states. Also have all documentation printed and ready for the courts. Might take around 6 months to resolve.....
