Beside that Arowanas are part of RTC natural diet. They feed on them regulary in their natural habitat. The RTC grow rate is much higher than that of an Arowana. The Arowana will soon be RTC food. That said, you should stick to guppy and goldfish.

Agreed both aros will soon be RTC food

I know enough about fish keeping, not to buy a fish that I need to keep in a breeder net. Probably the stupidest thing I've ever seen. You seriously believe that aro is going to grow bigger enough in to weeks? :duh: Guarantee the aro jumps out of the breeder net long before that anyhow, oh you didn't know arowana are jumpers?

You're completely right

Another thread falls victim to tank size.

IMO, as of right now the only concerns I see are the oscars and that piece of wood you scrapped from outside. If it wasn't fully dried out it could possible rot which would lead to water quality issues and if there is any sort of sap on it that could cause problems too.

What does IMO mean
