Missing ray from XX airline

These two guys work together, Michael H imports them into Germany from Brazil and then they are shipped to Asia customers. Funny how ray was lost from box at airlines, We ship to Asia all time and there is no reason for the boxes to be opened at all by anyone. Our shipments are 48 hrs in total and there is still no reason to open the boxes and no one is permitted to unless for security reasons/customs etc. Who opened the boxes? in what country?

I would think you were just shipped an empty box, either way airlines is not going to cover the actual value of ray so just toss it up as loss on your end.

just noticed you said these pics were provided to you during shipping/packaging, so they are not your pics right? does that mean your both dealing with the same supplier?

the ray you pictured is the one that is missing right? in the link i posted above, Michael H has that same pic saying that is the best diamond they received in the shipment of 30 diamonds.
