anyways, bones vs gus tonight

the main card looks pretty solid

gotta be. jones is a big draw as of late and higher profile, no way they give us a free watch. let alone being a title shot. actually there are two titles being defended tonight. Renan Barao is also defending his interim title. the main card is legit man, at least on paper anyways. the prelims look kind of meh, but that will be on fox sports1 if you wanna dvr it

well, i'll be watching for free but yea i'm positive it's ppv
 
Well then so will I and I'll be rooting for Jones.
 
i'm ok with either guy winning. jones gets a lot of bashing for his word and action out of the cage. but i don't really care, in the cage the guy is a beast.

one good thing about jones retaining the title is that he'll break the record in that division for most consecutive defenses. anytime someone breaks records it's good for the sport you know?

but regardless, it will be good to see him fight someone who he doesn't have a huge size and reach on his opponent
 
jones retains title and sets new record. it was a good fight and good to see jones fight someone his size to see how he does. this was a dog fight and his toughest fight of his career at this point.

decent main card, I have the prelims dvr'd but still gotta watch it
 
Jones vs Gus was a great fight. Another poor decision in my opinion, but it was close. I'm not sure how one judge had it 49-46 Jones. Jones face was pretty busted up.
Barao impresses me every time he fights.
 
Postfight,Jones said he should have been more like water and been more versatile...sound familiar,Sumo?
