They all suck...We have a few options in this town but Turdcast is the top banana...One would think in this time of digital technology that we would be able to at least choose the basic channels rather than be stuck with a bunch of channels we don't even watch..I mean come on...a golf channel..give me a break!

Well, let's just say we got so fed up with direct tv, we happily switched back to Comcast despite their bad customer service records and paying $150 more a month for the same channels. Direct TV was THAT bad. Far worse customer service in our experience, and far more equipment issues. Losing signal in the middle of a football game or a MMA/WWE pay per view is not cool, especially when there are no trees in the way of our dish. Clear line of sight.

for the most part, I never had an issue with equipment except for the internet box. cuts off youtube sometimes. the customer service people themselves aren't bad, most are really nice. but their policies really screw you over

I've heard this about Comcast from friends at work too, but it doesn't matter since they don't service the area I live at
 
That's crazy about the whole Bader situation...him and the urinatoe should have been handed a good beat down.I don't remember hearing any of that stuff as I slacked off on watching TUF after the first few seasons....What are California rolls?

also thought you'd be more educated in the submission being that you seem more than a casual fan. it's easy for us to sit there and watch it and criticize the guy who's arm is being torqued in the wrong direction and say he could've or should've held out longer. his arm popped twice and he verbally tapped. in the 1 or 2 seconds before Anthony let go, you can clearly see ben was fighting it and trying to defend it until he absolutely couldn't and had to give in or risk an unnecessary injury. heck, the guy couldn't even lift his arm to slip his arm into his shirt afterwards. and at the post fight press conference he still couldn't wear his shirt correctly.

nothing wrong with knowing the other guy got you and submitting doesn't make you any less of a man. I think it's more stupid for people with too much pride who'd sooner let their bone break before submitting. yea, letting your bone snap and being out for at least 6 months before you can even start training again or possibly risking a career ending injury is very manly.

I agree, I've been on both ends submitted and submitting. Whenever I roll with an idiot they never tap, I've ruined two peoples elbows because they tried to roll out of an armbar, and have had a sore elbow myself for not tapping soon enough. Tap today train tomorrow, don't tap and ur out for the season. We tend to forget that these guys do this for a living so when they grab a hold of ur arm they are intent on u tapping or else. No fight is worth breaking an arm for. Only idiots hold out til something tears or snaps, but that's just my opinion.

I actually just recently learned about this in an interview. When they buy programming from a network, the network works in certain channels that have to be carried in the basic package. If Comcast (or direct tv, ect) refuse, they don't get the whole set of channels that company has. So in order to get channels you want, sometimes they have to put in channels they admit no one watches. Their hands are kind of tied on that.

Yeah, they wouldn't change our channels to west coast time, so prime time stuff was airing at 5pm. Lame.

Yeah, I royally screwed my chest up by not tapping soon enough. Tore up most of the cartilage in my sternum. Stubbornness can get you injured real quick.

also apparently bj penn is coming back. the real surprise is he will be coaching on the next tuf against Frankie edgar and they will fight at 145 after the show

makes no sense to me,.....
