ha ha thanks guys i dont know if i can put the aro in the pond he might be eaten by the tsn

What's the size diff between the two ?

a big difference tsn is 22inches
arowana 15- 16 inches
but im not sure there is 2 id sharks in the pond around 10 inches and he doesnt touch them

Imo I'd wait a while mate , get the aro to 20" , you think your tsn growth rate may slow down slightly once hits about 2ft ?
they prob would be ok if the id sharks are still there but if your lucks like mine in fishkeeping I'd wait ;)

good thinking ill do that the tsn will probaly slow down on his growth when he gets a big bigger i will put him im

a small update on the fish the hybrids fattening up really fast now he should be able to go to the pond in the next month

Nice as always , that gar looks like its put a but of weight on since last pic ? Could just be the pic though :)

in fact he has he was very thin when i bought him but after having good meals everyday hes got fat

i need some advice my hybrid has just reached 12 inches now he has got a little aggressive with feeding and bullying others i was wondering if he is big enough to go into my pond with the tsn the tsn is 22 inches long will the tig eat him not sure how much long the hybrid can stay in the 55 gallon

I've currently got the same problem mate but with cichlids I want to put my Texas in big tank but I think my jag will batter him
Its a gamble i suppose you may have to fish sit for a while with a net at the ready (at least thats my plan) or could you poss put a pipe in that he could retreat to if needs be that the other cats won't fit in
