What a bunch of tools thinking they can own a letter, a number, or a colour...... A logo I can understand but these MEC people should really think about working for and improving their products rather than sueing MFK.... They are losing customers by the second now-
It would have been smarter to sponser MFK rather than fight it- they seem to sponser everything else.....stupidity....... Bad for business

Just an FYI, saw the story of MFK vs Monster on Reef Builders, a popular sw blog. Hopefully this will increase awareness and support. With any luck we can show the corporations that we won't be bullied by big business, without us they wouldn't exist.

I called monster the other day to voice my concern and to tell them since the law suit I have peeled their sticker off my truck and put my shirts from them away until I see what comes out from it. All I got was tie will be sent to our legal department I am not aloud to comment on this concern.

Personally I think the issue is not the use of the word "Monster" or the "M" symbol but more so the use of both of them together which is why M&m,Motorola and McDonalds are not targets.

No they aren't targeted because they are famous companies. Monster Fish Keepers is not therefore Energy finds a direct advantage
