I can tell the difference but can people that never seen the logo and don't care about a brand of energy drink tell the two apart? No they can't ask people at school at work family.

^I asked a lot of people who don't know mfk's symbol and they didn't mistake it for monster energy's m they just say oh I don't know what thats from. I asked a few people I know who have not seen either logo just say I don't know what that one is for or that one, none have ever confused them or assumed they were for the same thing. I would not assume that people can't tell them apart, from asking around on my own it seems that they can. We are also not a competeing energy drink, we don't have anything to do with that market.

As for someone wondering why they are not gonig after McD's, M&Ms, etc. I think its because there trademarks were well established way before Monster Energy even existed or at least before they became big. I think M&M's, McDs and those companys could probably sue Monster isntead...

I believe cause they do not have the Balls to go up against Coca Cola.

I lost total respect for Monster Energy... in the eye of the World, their hands are sponsoring a ton of things... selling to the audience one big Lie! Wonder how much they have made from all the little law suits and if its close to what they "sponsor". Would suck to know they are using almost even what they are suing for!
 
Monster Energy has a very tacking looking logo to begin with. Their product is a joke.. for all intents and purposes, it's probably one of the worst things you can ingest. My gripes about their tackiness and polluting America aside, their is no confusion between our logo and theirs. They can rot in hell for bothering us when we are no where near marketing a product that has anything remotely to do with an energy drink.

Situations like this give the American legal system a bad name. :/
 
I don't understand how anyone can drink that swill they call an energy drink.
