Here in the US I believe the biggest GATF was that of Tigerfangs which he sold when it was about 20".. It went from a 900 Gallon tank to a smaller one. If you were to compare the pictures from before and after, you will see the effect as the nose started to get blunted because of the size of the tank.

I think it is something un-avoidable... these in nature are FAST, POWERFUL fish.

True, True R1. My opinion was directed to the 100% recovery from a damaged face like that.

The size tank was not in my comment:D (but very true on the foot print needed)

i think i am going to get a small one, since it is not 100% that the 12" one would recover

The Armatus I had was MEAN, MEAN, MEAN =-(

Remember that picture I showed when it had the gash on the head... =-(
