holy $hit!!!! I'd find a way to put an arowana in there though. how much would an arowana love a long tank like that?
Holy shiz! Not words to describe! That goes beyond monster and into its own league. Why do I get the impression the bloke went with some tetras instead of arowanas lol. If only you could get ‘delicate’ monster fish that did not make an effort to rearrange hours of arranging your tank décor.

because that's what he did. i think he went with mainly discus. the only aro i've ever seen on that site was a guy who had one in a 75g who said that as long as he kept the water parameters ideal it was happy, i got into a huge argument w/ him about it not having enough room and a couple days later i got banned for getting into another argument with a guy about ethics.

I have a 180 right now but am planning a 2700 when we build. That's not a typo. It's going to be 20' x 6' x 3'. The last four feet will be a sump and filter so the actual tank will be 16' long. I figure I can do the tank and accesories for under $20,000. The tank will be concrete of course with a 10' acrylic viewing window. My favorite place in the world will be the couch in front of the tank.
