Absolutly stunning!!!

I'm about to leave and I just had to watch it again.

man thats a great tank!!!

I generally keep lower stocking levels but for a differant reason. Safety. During a power failure a heavilly stocked tank will crash and kill off the fish MUCH quicker. That said... a lot of us have back up plans in place for just those situations. Even in nature...a lot of fish species will chose to live in large, some might say crowded, groups rather than off on their own.

If you want to be really honest about it a little 3" pleco in the wild has MILES of clean water to live in. You could use that as an argument for not keeping any fish at all.

Your fish are healthy, happy, well fed and in no danger from wild preditors such as birds snakes monitors...ect. Ignore that nonsence it's just the old Ford/Chevy/Dodge debate in another form.

BY the way...I have a 5500 gallon tank...do you think I could squeeze in a secound Beta? J/K

Its funny how everyone is giving this guy a verbal BJ yet when browsing these forums daily over the last couple of months, I have noticed that the same guys are always all over other guys with their "you need a bigger tank" or "your tank is way too overcrowded" comments. If someone had suggested this you guys would be out in full force with the flamethrowers...but i guess actually seeing the successful setup makes a difference.

Well I watched the video twice and have yet to read the 5 pages of replies here. Personally I believe your very heavily stocked. I think fish do need to have thier own space, something yours don't seem to have. Looks though you are doing what is needed to keep a heavily stocked tank though, fish are healthy, tank is clean. Overstocking is a matter of opinion and I'm sure many will flame you for your set up, but many will praise you on it to. For me it's just too many fish in one tank.
