those DHL docs look pretty tell-tale to me. Theres a side of this story not being told too, which is the legality of the transaction in the first place.

I'm telling the truth. I dont like being called out. Thats why I posted them. I already have a collections company calling chad everyday. If it comes to court Ill be ready.

Exactly. I can't feel sorry for either side here. that's the only reason I posted in a thread that has nothing to do with me or any fish I keep. People need to know that there is more to this than a vendor not shipping fish.

IMO. you should both drop it. Brad would be nuts to press charges, as he would end up in trouble for attempting to import an illegal animal, and the vendor for the same reason. You should both walk away with no harm done.

if you are dealing with a collection agency and taking him to court
why keep posting on the forums you have enough to prove your case and win especially if all who were taken by him for money step up at the same time

AQUAMAN bought fish. Then we canceled his order. so he is getting the re-fund.

I never sold fish to pounder. Fish were picked up and PAID for by a local guy!!!
