Most frustrating thing about your job.

working with the elderly, I give you credit.

I refuse to brown nose, I feel that my bosses know what I do and how I do it, but it still makes me crazy when co-workers take credit for my work, or try to. Or when they don't own up to their mistakes so everyone gets in trouble.

I hate asking people, "do you use balls?" every day. Why can't I sell ladders or pickles or sunglasses... ugh lol

Two things with massage work:

I get bored.
I 've come to find out that I like project oriented and goal oriented work.
massage is highly repetitive and I've had to work on learning to memorize many things.

I crave interaction.
I wish I had something more interactive. I live alone and I'm child-free. SO I have plenty of alone time already. I would like to get back into retail work.

Well as far as project oriented, goal oriented and interactive, I think all you would have to do is change up the type of massage...asian style. :evil_lol:

fighting a constant battle against an enemy you dont see cos they are too cowardly to fight in the open. then they claim blowing up a bus full of kids and other innocents is a worthwhile victory for their "cause". that frustrates me.

working on GY and holidays just like today
shifting schedules
and speaking with people who creates their problems and
blame us for their errors

I work with developmentally disabled adults. The most frustrating thing is the pay is crap.Doesnt matter so much to me as Im pretty well situated but every time I get some halfway decent cooworkers they end up quitting to get a better job.I enjoy working with my guys and will continue. Its just a pita to constantly be breaking in new staff.

Filling up my roles and responsibilities that were previously done by an engineer that was making $12K more than what I am earning right now!!!! I'm not an engineer by the way.

I will be asking for an increase for about the same amount listed above. The way I see it, its the same responsibilities and I should get the same pay right?

If they don't give me the money I am asking for, what do you suggest I do?

Corporate, we are a franchise and corporate is complete garbage. I hate them. (No I won't say who)

Depending on others, humans are not dependable. They burn me all the time.

Annoying co workers.

Annoying, whiny, customers...

And so on...

Working on a PC all day, need I say more?

Basically I really need to be my own boss and not have to deal with idiots. I'd be great then.
