the most frustrating part of my job for me is probably people that do not speak english well, its not that i don't like them, just that it is difficult to help them, most of the time they speak spanish, and a surprising number of them seem surprised that all the employees in the store can only speak english. currently im trying to lean spanish so i will atleast be able to understand them to some extent

This online language translator might help

There are lots of free language resources in Internet, and one of the most useful when you're living abroad and want immediate access to a dictionary, is an online translator. This is one of the best, by Google.

Just choose the language combination from the list in the first box (click on the arrow and they will all appear), enter the word or sentence you want to translate into the larger box underneath, and press Go for immediate translation.

I've got to do literature searches (amongst other stuff) for research at the university. This isn't too bad, unless it involves contacting the DOT. I've had to contact the DOT from every single state in the country to find a single spec! I started last November and I'm still waiting to hear back from four states!

I work on a call in IT desk. Worst thing is an obnoxious rep calling in complaining they can't do something and not wanting to go through the steps to fix it. They want you to do their work for them despite they make 3 times what you make and you find it is something they installed (I HATE GOOGLE TOOLBARS) that is against company policy. Or they act like the helpdesk fixes everything (no W-2s are the HR department not us). Thank God I am almost done my engineering degree.

how boring it is to do absolutley nothing all day and get paid for it... still its very boring.

Most frustrating thing about my job:

Working night shift at a machine shop and nodding off at the grinding wheel. Most of my knuckles are covered in scar tissue now.

Another one for me...

Having to work around other people's schedules...

In sales you have to get used to it for a little while longer. With more success you'll find the other people having to work around your schedule.:D
