Most overrated bands?

Both those bands rock imo.


U2 does suck bad. Seems im in the majority for hatin foo, but the singer sucks and the music and lyrics is just a wtf.

I am not a HUGE Beatles fan, I love some of their stuff while other just bores me to death. Their early pop-rock stuff just makes me wanna sleep. But some of their later folksy stuff, harder stuff, and psychedelia is really good. You wont find me wearing a Beatles shirt or listening to them for several hours but I cant say anything bad about them.


Oh, and ANYTHING rap or hip hop is just automatically bad. I dont even need to get into radio pop music because... well... none of those people will be remembered in 10 years, so why remember them now...?

Don't know how old you are, but Nirvana was HUGE before Cobain died. Everyone I knew listened to them. I also would not call Foo Fighters the only legitimate rock band, there's a zillion rock bands out there. Foo Fighters are also definitely over rated...

Sublime literally captured to sound of southern CA beach towns in the late 90's and early 2000's. If you haven't listened to them while cruising the PCH or 101 or equivalent on the coast during a California summer, you just won't really get it.
