They don't breed until they are mature, and that means 8"+. I've got a colony of 17, most of them 8"+.. 3 @ 14", and I JUST had a female lay eggs.. but she ate them. You have to strip and tumble the eggs most times.

A 125 will not house a frontosa for life.

What? Lol yeah it will. A small colony of like 6-8. They get big but not that big and it takes years.

But I will second fronts.

i enjoy watching my big tank with the silver arowana (there is just something about the liquid silver look while they are swimming) and larger cichla the best. the tank is far more peaceful than the tank with the orinos and bichers.. but i'd rather watch either tank than the boob toob, especially as a stress reliever.

cardinal tetras are really colorful and they school. but they are sensitive.
