Serrasalmus elongatus
Or any Black P will answer your question.

elogotus by far when i had mine just put in the tank he immediately started to "attack" me thru the glass the downfall is i was only able to keep 1 per tank. but everyone is right they are more scavengers.

Get a Wolffish, Payara, one tank Jag, Midas/RD, Flowerhorn. A full grow non-tankmate flowerhorn is much aggressiver than p's.
You could also get a hungry Gar. (a fullgrow will eat YOU if it gets a chance).

dude i think you are in this for the wrong reason. if you are looking for a blood thirsty killer then piranhas are not your fish. they are extremely skittish and shy in most cases, yes they eat other fish and flesh, but honestly 98% of fish will do that. if you want an interesting and well respected fish then sure piranhas are great, but if you are buying a fish just to see it tear up feeders and be aggressive, I would say look for a new hobby.

dude i cant see why everyone is telling this guy pirhana arent aggressive or meaN?? wtf are u talking about ???? yes some are skittish but let this guy know the real deal get a black rhom! youll love it i would stay away from feeders unless you breed guppys for it ,good luck dog and dont listen to all these fish hippys saying pirhana arent for you there not aggressive, black rhom(peru, guyana, xingu) good luck

i havent personally seen a large black rhom eat but the lil black rhom i used to have i never seen him eat but knew he did when i woke up in the morning to see pieces of feeders laying around. for the most part my old elongotus ate till he was full day or nite after a period of fasting but would kill everything that moved in the tank but not eat it. get a nice flowerhorn mine is way more agressive than any piranha i have ever seen. if your in it just to see other animals get killed then you should definately find a new hobby and grow up.

thats not true if you enjoy seeing a black rhom eat healthy feeders it means youd rather see it eat more like it would in the wild and you see it in full blown predatory attack my rhoms are straight up killers and i love to watch them eat feeders its pretty cool to watch but its also unhealthy so i dont feed live anymore ,its a little nasty but hey chicks like that stuff it gets them all hot when there over and i feed my ps a live one try it bro dont be such a lil sissy girl dude- peace

X2 and QFTMFT.

But unfortunatly 99.9% of people introduced to piranha and that stay with p's- are into piranha for just that reason. (once many hobbists learn of most p's true nature, they stray from these genus and species of fish.
