See if you can get an address out of him and then just tell him you will see him then. Probably go ahead and send a text about two days before asking if he is still ready for you to come over on that Saturday. If he responds "yes" then I would say you're good to go. If he says "no" then I would ask for the earliest possible morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, weekday that you can come over. If he doesn't respond then just show up at 5:00am and when he answers the door half asleep and in pj's just tell him "he said the earlier the better!"

Wow, this guy... I couldnt get the address until 8pm last night. I dont have anyone to move it today. People are off on spring break vacations. So ill go have a look. Oh and how vague is the address?
the corner of lexington and dotson... ok theres 4 corners two are parking lots, but two are buildings, then he said go around to the back entrance so im assuming medical office over school, but who knows with this guy. I will definitely be concealed carrying.

I would also take a friend. Sounds way too fishy (not in a good way) to me. Good luck.

Good luck.

With the way this deal has been going, if the tank looks good then I would call everybody you can to help you get it today. Don't let it out of your sight!

Well I got to see it. Turns out the guy is a maintenence man in a physician building at a hospital. He's one of those that says very little kind of an odd personality. A man of few words u might say or simple. Turns out the dr basically up and left the tank it was running for about 2 months before he was told about it. It's a massive tank 3/4 glass with every option. You could put on a saltwater setup. It does have scratches in the glass. And is algae covered. The back and sides have lots of coraline algae. The front just has some green. But it's on the second floor. Lol its gonna have to go on the elevator.

Nice tank . Yea if you want it I say definitely get it specially after all this. Always worth trying and talking him down some too to maybe a price that you couldn't refuse. Good luck.

For that size tank and all of the equipment with it, I would jump on it, if you think you can get it moved. It might honestly be easier to disassemble it and take the glass panes out one at a time and then reassemble it.

Based on what my tank weighed and how big that tank is and how thick the glass is, I would not be surprised if it weighs close to 1,000lbs.
