Wow, this makes me want to continue with plans of building my own pond instead of buying a koi show tank. Awesome engineering.

mqtandy, What brand and model # pumps are you using?

They are quite one pumps. Don't remember the model # but it's the largest ones they made equivalent to 1/2hp

Luckily it snowed a lot here in Iowa so I had an excuse to not go to family Christmas So today I got the top plate on and am test filling it right now. Im going to leave it half way up the bulkheads for a little while longer but so far no leaks. Hoping for a Christmas miracle. lol Got all the wireless temp control/monitoring stuff up and running. heres a few pics.
