Sweet!!! Good luck with it.

thanks much!! I think I cleaned it really good for my first time cleaning a tank completly to use.

Nice job cleaning the tank & filters!

Dims = dimensions

Did you get the Quick Disconnect fittings with that Eheim 2217? If not, I would definitely recommend getting them as it's much easier to service the filter during maintenance.

uhm dims are 48"x23"?Dx31"t. I forget the deep/ width.

If the turn off valves are the quick disconnects then yes I got them, if not then Im clueless lol

uhm dims????? english word please lol

I'm also curious about the dimensions. Dimensions? :) EDIT: Damn, posted while I was typing. Interesting dimensions...

Btw great clean up job. Looks nice. I like how you kept it very simple with just one large decoration and sand. My tank is super simple like that too. Just 1 large piece of slate and two pots. This is on a second floor? I always get worried while setting up new aquariums in my second story apartment.

dimensions=dims ....btw man i just got a 150, and i live right down the road from you, what do you plan to stock yours with? and will that eheim and the biowheels be able to filter everything efficiently? or is it just the eheim?

I got the same filters as u dooooooooo!!!! i h8 it. I also have sand and it doesnt do a full job.... there is still crap on the ground. Is that normal? like my old filter does a full job.

It is normal for the "crap" to stay on the ground. Sometimes fish kick it up and it eventually gets filtered though.
