My 180g south american tank- setup thread

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thanks, only if it looked that nice now. it pretty much only has the fish and driftwood. I am stuck on what to do with it. I'm almost thinking of going central american with it. maybe umbee, any suggestions? no aros, no rays, i prefer south or central american cichlids, so that means no guppies either;)

Are you keeping all your fish when you go CA/SA or just Severums, chocolates and Geo's?

I'm not going a mixture of both south and central american, i was saying thats what i like either south or central american.

Well an update, i have figured out what i want to do with the tank. I am going to sell off all my fish except the guinacaras, and the tetras, and i'm going to make the tank a low light planted tank with tons of tetras, rainbows, ect.

Should be fun. I do hate rainbows though, gotta be one of the least intelligent fish in the trade. :)
How bout some sort of small SA cichlid to go in the community?
