It's good you have a sump as well. Reason having two filters are always better than one. In case one fails you have a back up.

ya i know what you mean, hopefully it will but if not it will buy me enough time to save some more money to buy another filter. I really like running dual filter just for that reason.
 
completely agree with the dual filter system. always best, because hey sometimes you just don't notice a filters not working personally i only check both once a week..

Thanks guys, I got the new lid and its up and running and appears to not be leaking.
Just tested the water and the ammonia is around 1.5
 
Trim is up. I need another heater to keep temps up.lol but its pretty much finished.

Ya i know, i think corydoras are sweet also, but don't want to lose all of them or lose a geo. Thanks, i have been dosing with rootmedic and there are root tabs in the sand also. I am hoping they turn out nicely.
