I can't believe your big snakehead doesn't eat your smaller polys. AWESOME selection! What is the Aba's temperment like in regard to agresion toward tankmates and eating? Will he/she eat pellets or other non-living food items?

Nope the snakeheads doesn't bother any of my smaller fish. As for the aba aba temperment, it doesn't like cichlids and will show them no mercy and biting them till it's trashed around. However it leaves my other fish alone, I have 3x 9" senegalus bichirs and doesn't even bother them. As for the feeding they are by far the coolest fish when it comes to feeding. I hand feed it with smelt and prawns and it knows when I'm around even though this guy can't see. It will eat pellets or frozen foods. It's actually the smarties fish I ever own. The foods that get stock on the FX5 suction were removed by the aba aba and drop it to were the bichirs are. If I have a video cam I'll take a video of that behavior. A must to have fish if you're into monster fish especially knifefish. Aba aba is not the same as they are different in individual. I have a friend here who have a 26" aba aba that is scared of a 11" african arowana.

absolutely love your stock! dont care much for overstocked tanks but your fish seem to be in really good condition and look healthy! hope they stay that way!

Thanks guys! I know my tank is small but my apartment only allows me to have a 275g tank. Tried the 310g and it won't fit trough the door. I'll be moving back at my parents place and finish the 10x4x4 feet plywood tank. Once done I'll place them in there.

nice tank man!!
