i have 2 inch australian aro and a 3 inch rtc,,,, my tank is cloudy., can someone give me tips how to make it crystal clear.....

Your tank is overstocked, I hope your ready for a tank upgrade. Test your water parameters and do a 50% water change.
What are your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate readings at? Temperature? How often do you do water changes? Also, a 20g is going to be waaaaaay too small for either of these fish in about 1-2 months.
If it's a new tank you don't have enough good bacteria in it. Does it happen during water changes?

i will upgrade soon as they grow., i do 50% water change., its clear but im not contented on its clearness....

All I can suggest is try to get something with some good bacteria in it. And when you clean only take out the water and visible waste/food for a month or 2.
you're going to need a massive upgrade, as there's nothing you can do with that stock in that size tank
