what kind of fish is that?
It is a joke. An arapaima requires about a 10,000 gallon tank :screwy:.

I must ask why this is on MFK. It's a nice tank and all but you will get a better response on Aquaria Central (still part of the Monster Aquaria network and many members here are also on there).

Also, I don't think he can raise the water level because of the internal filter (though I run them somewhat submerged with success on a 10 gallon). And if you don't have an interest in big fish, big tanks, fish with big appetites, or rare/exotic/expensive fish, I recommended you go to Aquaria Central for future posts.

This should also be in the General Aquaria forum since it is more about a general tank and not really about setting one up or asking questions about filtering it.

Also, try to get a pic of the Betta. I would like to see a video of it building it's nest also. And a Pacu would make a great tankmate for that, or maybe even a RTC or Arowana.

Monster isn't about size, it's about attitude.
Then again, I saw a betta get the s*** beaten out of it by a discus 3 hours ago...

It is. That is the first time I have seen someone with the nerve to bring something like that up :nilly:.
