when we buy our next house this winter/next spring i will be ordering one of those ponds. maybe not the huge one, but one of them for sure....
 
1330gph on that huge huge tank? thats kinda weak. awesome setup tho. you should water proof all that wood u have above the tank, evap and splashing and wood wont be a great mix for long.

..the Quiet One 5k is only one of three pumps I will be using. There is a separate one for the 4x20 gal tanks, plus another one for a UV sterilizer..not installed yet, since it is cycling....that, plus 5% daily water change should do...
the wood is treated wood, the kind used in South Florida for outside decks, etc...it can't be painted & it should last many years....still I'm using a 3liter dehumidifier in the garage running 24/7....I think I got an idea for all that splashing though....stay tuned for some pics...:D
