My 900 gallon 4 tank system will start being built next week.

Update is the tanks will be here in about 3 weeks and then I can finish. Other than that it's just sit and wait. Which sucks. lol
And wood for the stands? Thought about it, but I'd rather trust the welded steel than something I put together wrong and wouldn't find out until it caved in.
And they are not gorilla brand racks as they were unable to hold the required weight. I ordered these Cardinal brand rack systems from a local company. The 6' sections can hold around 5000 pounds with only an 1/8" deflection. I think the 4' sections can actually hold about 8000 pounds. (Per shelf)
Sharks are pair of Coral Cat sharks and they only get to be about 2' long which is perfect. I am trying to breed them. My male is just about the right size now so I hope in about 6 months or so to have my first baby.

VLDesign - Your going to need some extensive filteration to keep all the tanks running off the same system, and keep your water parameters perfect for your sharks. Hopefully it all works out, and normally Coral Cats need a bigger tank than 250 gallons to breed. Bigger is always better! But maybe you will have some luck.
Filtration so far is the 700 pounds of live rock I already have, a 120 gallon sump, Skimmer rated for 1000 gallons, return pump is a Reeflo Hammerhead (Should get 4000 gph out of it), a growout tank for some macro algae (Cheato) and am looking into a pool sand filter to be added on at a later date if needed.
What size foot print would you say the cats like to breed with? I thought the 6'x3' would be enough.

I dont have any personal experience breeding Coral Cats, however I know people who are trying, one of which has them in a 500gallon, and the other a 350 gallon. I would say for breeding them something along the lines of 350 gallons would be about right. But 6'x3' may do it, keep us updated. My tenative delivery date for the tanks looks like May 25th or May 26th. Getting close. Got all the assorted PVC parts done for the drains and return lines. Stand is nice and level after a few shims. All the plumbing parts are here, the pumps are here, really just waiting for the tank to start the final stages.
If you don't mind sharing.. what was the price of your rack. I am thinking of ordering the same style rack off the net. 6ft tall and 4ft wide 2ft deep. I wanted to have at least 2 75s and save the last shelf for breeding tank. Best I could find was at this place:

Yeah I would have gone with them too but I needed more weight support than that unit could do, so I had to go with a local company who sold "W.C. Cardinal Company Racks" My shelf system total was $600.00 delivered.
Each 6' shelf will support 6200 lbs and the 4' shelf will hold 9000 lbs. I wanted them overrated a bit so I wouldn't have to worry about them at all.

I have a rack almost exactly like that 
. did it come with the fiber board or w/e? becareful of that cuz if it gets wet bye bye support.
