So is this basically a Drip system?
I guess you could look at it that way. This System controls the water properties within the water that is being used and maintains the aquarium at that level. Lets say you have tap water with a pH of 8.5 and hardwater. (350 ppm TDS) you wish to maintain the aquarium at 7.0 and a TDS of 125 ppm the system will do that and maintain the aquarium at that level without you adding chemicals or changing the water within the aquarium. The system is about controling the water and it's properties. Or even if you want a pH of 6.0 and a TDS of 20 ppms it will do that allso and maintain it.

This sounds like my RO unit...nothing new to the aquarium industry...
Can a RO unit adjust a ph and water hardness and maintain that ph whether it be 6.0, 6.8, 7.0. 7.5. 8.0 from hard water to softwater and back again. None that I have ever seen. This system you choose whaere you want the water to be and the system does the rest.

we do have an old water ionizer or something like that that can change the ph of the water my ma found it at a garage sale.

When I make these filter system I am paying retail price for the products that makes them. If I was to sell a unit I would have to get $400.00 per unit including The TDS meter and two adapters that come with the system, and 10 feet of 1/4 in. high pressure water line.
OK,There's the meat.

Using the theoretical MSRP of $400.00 for a "unit", would a consumer use the same size/price unit for a 50 gallon tank as they would use on a 500 gallon tank ?

No I do not use a deionizer don't like them at all they are to slow. My system will adjust pH levels in just a couple of minutes of being set. There if I should choose a 7.0 it will go to that in just a couple minutes Reads it out in TDS ppms. I can raise to 7.5 only take a minute or back to 6.0 in a minute. The TDS and water hardness and Ph all follow each other so the lower the pH the lower the TDS, up and down in adjustment System last for a long time.

You didn't like the questions ? :irked:

Is your system scalable ?

and this can automatically change the Ph, Water Hardness? or TDS, from 6.0-8.0 and do this without adding anything to the water?? straight filtering??

Just like zennzzo, I'm all ears.

Sorry I didn't get back My daughter started running a fever had to tend to her. She is 2 and a temp of 102.
The system is universal one system will work on aquariums The system is completely controled and adjusted to the size of aquarium thats to be maintained. 10 gal. 50 gal 100 gal 150 gal aquarium you get the idea. The system works on a volume over mass to maintain. Volume is the system, mass being the body of water to maintain (aquarium or pond).
Sample - A 100 gallon aquarium running a 10% volume interchange water interchange is based on a 24 hour period. 10% of 100 gal. = 10 gal. in 24 hours, the system is set to produce 1 1/4 gallon of water in 3 hours = 10 gal. in 24 hours. The system is capable of producing 400+ gal. in 24 hours depending on pH and water hardness. This is just a sample of how the system is figured to maintain a body of water.

Yes, you do not add no chemical the system will take care of up to 2 ppm of chlorine. Here my water has a pH of 8.5 and hard with a chlorine level of 0.05 ppm. I run my 180 gal. aquarium at 6.4 and soft, South American Cyclids and a TDS of 50 ppm without the add of chemicals.
