My arowana stopped eating!

Its head is dipping down at an alarming angle and he's no longer at the top of the tank.
Tank size: 75 gal
WC schedule: every 2 weeks
He was looking absolutely fine until yesterday!

depending on how big your aro is, it might be becuase you do too little wc's.

how much water are you changing? if you arent changing about 50% every week the nitrates will just keep going up little by little until there is enough to kill.... with doing too little on your WC's and not testing your water it can take along time to take effect on fish.

I've been changing 25% every two weeks, but I've been testing the water just about every 3 days, and there's never been any problem at all.

You are definitely doing too little water changes. If you're doing 25% you should be doing them atleast every 3 days, best to do it every other day.

i just did 80% on my 75 and 29. tomorrow i will do 50% on my 120.
